VideoLab for .NET is a set of APIs for creating programs that can edit and convert videos. You can apply a variety of audio and video filters, including DirectShow filters.

Geometric transformations let you resize, crop, and rotate video frames. Many other features are also present, such as merging and compressing of videos.
